Body Smelling When stopped When warm 

Q:  It smells like propane. Why would it do this?


A:  A well-used catalytic convertor and/or low grade gas lets sulfer burn off through your exhaust.... almost a rotton egg smell..... Ed

Q:  Would like to know how [4WD] select drive system works on my eagle SX4. Because right now, it dosen't work at all. I know it runs by vacuum, but that's all I know. Any information you can give me would be very helpful. NOTE: I just rebuilt the motor ,and it has plenty of vacuum.


A:  You need to find the vacuum actuator that is somewhere on the tranfer case or the front transaxle. Make sure that the servo is in good condition and the supply hose from the engine is intact.
