Fuel System Malfunction When driving When warm

Q:  The question I have is on the diameter of the fuel lines. My lines have rusted out where they come out of the fuel pump (gas tank). I want to know the diameters and also if they can be replaced with pvc or some other material.

A:  Are the lines you're referring to rubber or metal? If they are metal then you should get another tank. If the lines are rusted through then the tank must be ungodly. If they are rubber though, they can probably be replaced.
