Q: Right headlight operation is no good. Do you think I
need a motor? Or might it be a relay, or something else?

A: Check for power supply to the motor.... Then take a wire
and ground the motor... If nothing happens, yes you need a
motor.
If the motor works while you are doing this, you have
a problem with power reaching the motor, or a control
problem...Ed
