Q:  I just converted a GMC Sierra 4x4 w/350 5-speed to a 700R4 automatic transmission. It will not engage in any gear. Any ideas? There is only one plug on the transmission and I thought it was for the torque convertor lockup?


A:  The valve body is controlled by the linkage. Pressure check the transmission to see what's happening to the fluid path. Ed
