Fuel System Chugging When driving Always

Q:  Replaced the fuel pump, and now truck will not start? What next?


A:  remove fuel pump; check pressure on fuel pump; check fuel lines as they may be reversed; check filter on the fuel line from fuel pump to carb.;fuel line may have an air lock; and check wiring in pump area. igniton fuses????check computer system????

A:  Does it burn oil/start fine or not/foul the spark plugs??? etc... In other words, is the engine worn out, or just the pcv system plugged......Ed
