Electrical / Lighting Systems Malfunction Happens always Always
Q: replaced alternator shorted main wire and blew main fuse at batery. now with hi beam lites on and turn signal on the cruise main lite blinks, the gas gauge falls and the opposite turn indicator blinks brighter than the one that is on. the hi beam indicator dimms cruise no longer works and now the shoulder belt retractor motors have stopped working.all fuses in fusebox and at bat box are good. is there a diode that could be effected or fuse link and where?
A: sounds like you fried some wires and maybe you have a bad ground somewhere, check the wires and ground.
