Q:  The Heating is not working and also the fan speed alway is high.


A:  The heating not working might be caused by a faulty heater core, however that would probably cause the engine to run hot unless it was bypassed. check that the heater core isn't bypassed. which fan,blower(inside cabin..) or radiator fan?
