My drivers seat belt buckle disintigrated in my hand the other day and I want to switch buckles with the center buckle that I don't use.
I can't seem to get the fastener loose with the allen key. Have tried WD 40 to loosen it but that isn't working.
Is there something I am not doing that I should. Is there another fastener I don't know about?

A: Soak it soak it and soak it....... may take a few days.... If nothing works, get a hair dryer and heat it up warm to the touch..... melt wax all over the quite warm bolt unit and let sit overnight.... as it cools it will draw the wax down along the threads... Ed
