Q: Oil is in my radiator.
I've flushed it twice, and suspect head gasket on engine is cracked and/or leaking.
Does that sound right to you?

A: Yes to all the questions you have..... unless this car is fitted with an oil cooler of some kind that also has coolant flowing through and around the cooler.... Ed
Q: LubeOil red lamp comes on and off, sometimes flickering; stays on in idle speed/off at high acceleration (like the engine would have a LubeOil Pump).
I was absolutely sure that the light indicates oil level inside the pan and not the pressure.
(Is this kind of Micra-1.2 L engine- having a lubrication oil pump? I doubt it but I do not know exactly without a reliable technical book).
I changed the oil+filter. The first symptoms appeared at some 200-300 kms after the oil change. Then it was OK for a while.
Now, at 1500 kms after the oil change this is back again.
I cheched the oil level again and seems to be OK, maybe a little above the high level.
A: First put a reg. oil presure gauge on it. You may find you have no oil pressure. Possibly the mains & rod bearings bad, or oil pump plugged.
