Engine Won't Start Happens always Always

Q:  The engine will not start. Fuel not goig through metering valve.


A:  You need to check to see if the fuel pump is producing enough pressure. And, also check to see if the metering valve is getting power to it, to operate. Ed

Q:  Sorry I just need to know the intake and the exaust valve clearances for my pulsar. It is an 87 sohc 1.6 liter xe series. I'm sorry if this is the wrong spot for this query. A:  The 10/12 rule applies here. Set them, engine cold. Intake 10/1000 and exhaust 12/1000. Ed
