Q: Computer diagnostic test showed EGR valve stuck open. Engine light comes on intermittent, rough ideal, lifters rattling, poor fuel mileage, bad engine response except under full throttle. Dealer told me there is no EGR valve in this model. I found specs to the contrary. Is my dealer nuts? Am I nuts?
A: Your dealer is wrong. I have never found an engine that did not have some form of EGR system. Ed
