Engine Chugging When driving When warm 

Q:  after the car gets warmed up good the engine spits and sputters when you push the accelarator down about a quarterof the way but if you push it down to the floor or even three quarters of the way it does alright and when its driving normal down the highway but if you step on the accelarator thats when it spits and sputters and the sevice engine soon light does not come on.


A:  check your spark plug wires.
