A: CHECK YOUR AREA FOR A HIGH PREFORMANCE SHOP DEPENDING ON IF YOU ARE JUST CRUSING OR GETTING VEHICLE SOUPED UP A COLD AIR INDUCTION SYSTEM WOULD BE MY SUGGESTION
Q: I have a 95 supra, and i was wondering what's the best ways to make it fast? ( it's a non-turbo)
A: if it's a turbo then let it breathe the biggest exhaust you can get at least three inch. and the intake you can get at most places. those are the cheapest ways to increase horsepower. three twenty stock if it's a turbo and you can add about fifty just from those two things. The exhause isn't cheap but if you know someone at an exhaust shop or someone that will do the work just have them do it instead of ordering the prefabbed one it's too much money. If it's not a turbo then make it one. That may cost you but if it isn't a turbo you didn't pay nearly as much for it. kellylwalker@attbi.com
Q: My non-turbo 1991 Toyota Supra is burning oil slowly. It also puts out some dark smoke when started after sitting a few days. Will this make me fail the CA emissions test? What can I do?
A: Do a fresh oil change with top quality 20w50 oil right before the test and you will geatly improve your chances.... this includes the tune-up part also... Ed
Q: the gas gauge is not registering the amount of gas in the tank.
A: Most likely the sending unit. Be careful when you replace it. Disconnect the battery and ground EVERYTHING around the gas tank opening BEFORE you attempt to remove or install it.
