1995 BMW 2500 Fuel System Hesitating When accelerating Always

bmw 2.5 turbo diesel idling or when traveling between 1500 and 2500 rpm there is hesitation simlar to a missfire engine has been reconditioned but fault not cured censer on flywheel has been replaced ,car is very heavy on fuel .

engine check light dose not come on when runing , engine is 100% ok the problem is fuel related.
