turn signal does not blink. Where is the spot they keep that relay so I can change it. Alos, where do I get one for a 1960 ambulance

The turn signal relay or flasher is located udner the left hand side of the dash.It will have a 2 wire plug.There is no determined placement, it is just plugged into the wire and hanging from the harness usually just left of the steering column.A common Tridon EL12 flasher, can be found at all parts stores.
