This truck is dual tanks. Will not start, cranks fine. Tried to start off both tanks. No fuel to throttle body off either tank?

Do you hear the fuel pump operate when the key is turned on?
If not, start by checking fuses and relays.
This assumes you have fuel injection, but your vehicle was also sold with carburetors, let me know which you have and we'll continue.

This truck is fuel injected with a 454 motor. I replaced the fuel pump relays and was hoping to hear additional checks or test I could do before pulling the tank to replace the fuel pump. I do not hear the fuel pump building up pressure when the key is turned on. Thanks

Okay, the quickest test is to jumper the fuel pump relay (give a direct feed to the fuel pump circuit) to see if the pump energizes. If not you'll have to repeat the test at or near the fuel tank. If you have voltage available to the pump and it does not operate, the pump is defective.
You can also measured ohms on the fuel pump ciruit, Open or Shorted indicates a problem.
Do you have a wiring diagram?

I performed the test as you suggested. The fuel pump will not engage. I guess its time to pull the tank and replace the pump. The relays tested good with the ohm meter and their appears to be no shorts between the relays and the pump. I am not sure about the cross-over pump between the dual tanks.
Thank You for your help. Your suggested test has confirmed the fuel pump is bad. Thanks Again
