I need to replace my broken printed circuit board, but I don't want to buy a whole new dash. Any suggestions on where to buy it? It has the gauges.

There is a new onefor an 82 on ebay today (#[redacted] )That might work as most 78 up Camino Malibu Malibu SS and Monte Carlo with guages.
Most wreckers and private individuals who have them would be inclined to sell the instrument cluster complete, rather than remove the circuit.
If there are a few 'broken circuits' in the origional one in your Camino they can be fixed.
Visit an Electronic Supply Place and ask for a kit to repair printed circuits.
