Speedometer , odometer, cruise quit. replaced speed sensor, tps, prom. any ideas?

Inpect the wiring to the speed sensor, look for any pin damage at the connector.
Also check fuses, to make sure there is not a bad one.
You may also have a problem with the speedometer (dash cluster) itself.
Do you get a check engine light while the engine is running? Have you checked for trouble codes, this will let you know if the computer is seeing a signal from the VSS (speed sensor) even if the speedometer is not.

I have checked the harness , yes I get a chk engn lite on the road. I can manualy advance speedo and it will reset when key is on.
