I WANT TO INSTAL A CHRYSLER V8 318 INTO A 1947 DODGE

Hi;
You did not state what type vehicle or what size engine is in it. But either way there will be a lot of modifications you will have to deal with. For some examples is going to be the motor mounts, wiring, driveshaft, and exhaust. The best way to go about it is start slow and have a lot of patience. You might end up setting the engine in and pulling it back out a few times until you find out what to modify. I have done a few different ones and trust me there is no sure way of starting on it other than trial and error. Good Luck Les.
