2003 Dodge 350 Electrical / Lighting Systems Malfunction Happens always 

signal lights not working. was able to re-activate by turnung emergency flasher on and then off and the signals would resume proper function. Now this doesn't work anymore. Get right signal only on left signal activation and no response on right signal. emergency flasher no longer functions at all. Where is the relay for this assembly?

normally when this happens it is the turn signal/hazard multi function switch mounted on the steering column behind the steering wheel.. I would suppose that you have over 36000 miles on the truck as it would be covered by manufactures warranty up to then.

I take it this something I would be unable to do myself. Furthermore it will likely take a million dollars to get the parts and labour taken care of?

I would encourage you to have a reputable repair shop do the repair as you have an Air Bag on the steering wheel and I wouldnt want you to accidentally deploy it. Cost of repair should only be around 200.00
