1996 Dodge Mini-Van Fuel System Won't Start Happens sometimes No pattern

was at a drive thur window van stalled waited a few minutes and it started ran rough made almost home it stalled again and won't start i am thinking fuel relay or something in that area where would i find the fuel relay also any anwsers would be wonderful at this time. Thank You in advance

The first thing you need to do is check for spark to the spark plugs. Is spark missing?

Also check for trouble codes stored in the PCM (computer). Do this by turning the key on off on off on off and on again (three times within five seconds). The check engine light will start to flash codes-

Flash Tlash (2)- Pause- Flash Flash Flash (3)
Equals two flashes for the [tens] place and three flashes for the [ones] place for code 23. Let us know which codes come up.

The codes i got was 12 and 25 the fuel is working you can hear it when you turn the key to the on position.Thank You

Okay, test for spark to see if its missing. Also see if the engine will start if you press on the accelerator.
