New User Asked -
We want to delay the spark until "top dead centre" in a carburatorated car so as to allow the introduction of hydrogen.

But we want the engine to be able to convert back to just petrol again once there is no more hydrogen mixed in.

We want to do this automatically.

Please advise if there is an electronic part available to do this, and how we would do it?

Thank you

Yes there are dual feul ignition control modules that allow to run gasoline, natural gas or propane. Each type of fuel has a certain timing requirement.I have such a unit sitting on the shelf in my shop.To switch from one timing requirement to another is as simple as a flip of a switch.
