New User Asked -
I am trying to identify my rear end in orderto purchase emergency break cables. My tag on third member has-WES-AD 3CA then 3 25 9 955C

Roger -
Hi, I'm trying to zero in on this for you. Common production for Ford 1966 to 1982 (E) F-150, F-250 & Bronco used five available ratios: 3.25 3.50 3.89 4.11 4.57

From your tag I suggest you have a Ford 3.25 ratio differential with a 9" ring gear.

Do you need more information? Please advise,

Roger

New User -
roger, I do not know if the rear end was out of a truck or auto, the person I had install pased away.
can you give me some visual caristics of the 9 inch 3rd member housing and axle ends to help verify the reae end? ike

Roger -
Please take a look at the following link:

Just copy and paste to your browser address bar and see if this will help.

On the following link under 9" rear end identification you will find the code from the first line of your tag:

Please advise,

Roger
