While driving down the road, the battery light came on, the dash dimmed, power steering went out and check engine light started to flash. Jusr replaced engine 3 mnths ago. Does it just need a new battery?

I would do a good check on the charging system. Also make sure that your ground cable is tight and a good connection. Most auto parts place will be more than glad to check the charging system and battery at no charge. Good Luck Les.
DCL light comes on and beeps and have no idea what it is.
Ride Control light comes on and beeps, no idea what that is.
Fuel light changes to say CO and fuel gage does strange things.

Check all your external light bulbs for the DCL light.
You may have a grounding issue or a bad instrument cluster. You can check fuses and grounds. Further testing needs to be done by a quailified repair facility with the proper test equipment.
