1994 Pontiac Convertible All Part Groups   

I have aa 1994 Cutlass Supreme and I had a minor tune up and new starter put in yesterday because i thought that was why it stalled everytime I press on the gas but thats not it.... It starts up and in reverse or drive it will move but ONLY when I press on the Gas it will Turn off... What is it doing?

Ok I require a little clarification here.
The car staers fine, but stalls when you step on the gas?
Have you had it scanned for codes yet?

1992 Pontiac Convertible Electrical / Lighting Systems Malfunction When driving No pattern

With no pattern a buzzer comes on that is really loud and stays on for no set time - this is only when I am driving. I have taken out the multi functional alarm module and this still happens - if I hold down the power lock button the sound will stop but when I let go it continues. I do not have the manual to try and look for the relay unit - do you think this is the problem -

I would be able to better diagnose your problem if you give me more details on your car
The model and engine size
Before we try to disconect the relay or buzzer I feel we need to find out why it is buzzing and deal with the issue there as the buzzer could be a warning that needs to be addressed
So lets get to the root so you are not putting a bandaid on a serious wound.
For safety reasons if you understand what I mean.
Pontiac has installed engine temperature
warning sensor buzzers I do not know if this applys to your car
Also the door open buzzer and seat belt buzzer The only buzzer that comes to mind is the defroster buzzer. It sounds when it's done defrosting your windows.
Try pushing the defrost button and it should shut off. If this buzzer is sounding without you turning on the defrosting function, it's probly got a short in the circuit and needs to be looked at by a professional.
you can by the way Look for a little blue box underneath the glove box some pontiacs have this to isolate the location of the buzzer will be a great start.

It's a Sunbird V6 - I have spent about $2,300.00 in repairs including a new computer and the mechanic without hearing this stupid buzzer can't locate. He is trying - let me tell you.

The sound seems to be coming from the above the radio which is the location of the defrost - so next time I will try and push the defrost even though I haven't used it this winter(approaching) yet -

So the car has had sensors replaced - igition replaced
computer replaced - door locks checked to make sure the
rod is in right location to lock properly.

The only thing the muti function unit I took out changed was that the car does not lock automatically when you start out driving - which is fine by me -
everyelse works - car is running great now - but buzzer is driving me to drink.
