New User Asked -
I just put in new rear brake pads. I pushed the pistons in carefully and slowly. Now I have the brake and low traction warning lights on (ABS system). Why would changing pads turn the warning lights on?

First ensure that the ABS sensor still plugged in,I believe its at center of the diff at the front. Brake fluid topped up?
If the pistond were retracted excessively, adjust out till they lightly drag. Sometimes they will adjust themselves with repeated applications.
As a last resort, disconnect battery negative terminal for a few minutes, to let the computer reset.
And last but not least, I have seen a few people leave the emergency brake pedal slightly depressed...and light comes on....
