1998 Suzuki Esteem Chassis / Suspension & Steering Making Noise When turning No pattern

New User Asked -
There is a groaning/squeeking noise from the front passenger side when driving moreso when turning or manoeuvering at low speeds despite changing rack and rod ends as well as strut bearing, strut, strut mount and suspension arm

bamaredneck -
check the wheel bearing.

New User -
The bearing is fine. This noise is present even if I turn the steering wheel while stationery.

bamaredneck -
does it sound like power steering pump or rack and pinion groaning

New User -
It is definitely not the pump. I am not sure if it's the rack. From in car it sounds and feels (STEERING/PEDALS/SEAT OF PANTS) like it's coming from the wheel/suspension. In slow manouevering it's very audible when the passenger wheel encounters a road irregularity. Is it possible for one end of the rack to be noisy?

Douglas -
Check/replace the suspension bushings, if you haven't already.

Next take a look at the ball joints and engine/transmission mounts.
